I got great-sized and functional room, it was included with comfortable beds and tea, for instance. Location: the hotel was very close to all the major sights in sultanahmet, all tourist spots, and restaurants, mini markets and shops. The service was helpful, no complains at all...

Excellent location, just 5 minutes to Ayia Sofia. Although the hotel is situated at a road (Akbiyik Caddesi) full of cafes and restaurants with the windows closed the room is very quiet (even when the nearby mosque's sound system is activated). Regardless of the hotel, the neighbourhood is ideal for tourists because of its proximity to main sites such as Ayia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Sultanahmet tram station. Free wifi in every room.
Poor breakfast. Terrace with magnificent view to Bosphorus but not fully furnished and decorated. Room without shutters or dark colored curtains. This could be a problem for early birds. Wifi not available in the breakfast lounge.

Great position to visit city. Positioned in a full life street, 5 min walking from aghia sophia and blue mosque, 15 from galata bridge. Good breakfast. Staff support you in tour or any request. Very fast wifi.
Nightly staff not perfect.

The hotel had hospitable and sincere staff who is also the owner and receptionist. The location was in the center of Istanbul, and we were a short distance from an Ancient Egyptian obelisk. There was a good restaurant, a bazaar, and the Grand Bazaar next door.

Clean and cosy hotel. Convenient location, close to Cankurtaran train station and Sultanahmet tram stop. Very good hotel staff.
The breakfast is rather poor (but for me it was ok). The hotel is situated on the touristic street with bars and restaurants, so it can be noisy a little bit in the evenings.

The stuff is very friendly and is trying to help you, the rooms are not large but the bathrooms and clean and quite roomy. Good location - walking distance from major sightseeing attractions. This part of town is filled with restaurants and cafes.
Basically, you should be prepared to the fact that you don't have breakfast included. The quality and the quantity of food is very poor. The street is quite noisy
